Accidents happen! Car Doors, Hatches, Ceiling Fans, even Rods run over in the driveway. We think you deserve a reward for being a loyal customer and we have a program to replace your broken Rod. We know most breaks aren’t defects, and we believe you should have an option to replace your favourite 13 Rod at a reasonable charge.
Provided that you registered your Omen or Envy rod when you purchased it, you are the original owner and it is within 2 years of the original purchase date. We will happily send you a new rod, of the same model, for the reasonable replacement fee below (all fees include return shipping:
All you have to do is cut out the decal section of the rod and send it to the address below, fill out the form below and when we receive the decal section and can match it to the completed OOPS Request Form we will contact you for the payment of the replacement fee and send you a new rod to get you back on the water. This can all be done over the phone and paid by credit card for a speedy replacement service in the event of an accident.
